For a colorful centerpiece that is “refreshing”, use fruit in your  centerpieces. This will create a colorful combination as well as a wonderful fragrance for guests as dine and drink. Make sure you pick a fruit that complements the color palette and flowers that are being used. Depending on the size of the vases and flowers cut slices of the fruit and arrange them accordingly. I like the look of arranging the fruit slices underneath the flowers so you don’t see the stems.
