One of my goals for 2012 was to know exactly where my food comes from. This healthy attitude has been quite the improvement, and I am always looking for creative ways to dine out! A new trend- and hopefully one that is here to stay- is farm-to-table. These restaurants feature only local grown food and they have fabulous relationships with their farmers and growers. I love this Colorado wedding because they incorporated farm-to-table food into their reception. There’s no reason to skimp out on healthy eating just because you are at an event!
